Refunds & Cancellation

Stub page. No paid plans are live yet — paid checkout is not enabled. The policy below is the planned approach for when paid tiers launch.

Monthly plans (Plus, Suite)

• Cancel any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• UK 14-day cooling-off applies on first sign-up: full refund if requested within 14 days, before significant use of paid features.

Existing Founder Lifetime customers

• 14-day cooling-off as above.
• After 14 days, lifetime is non-refundable but transferable to another household member by emailing support.
• If we discontinue OldSchool, lifetime founders receive a pro-rata refund of any unfulfilled period, capped at the amount originally paid.

Founder waitlist

You are not charged anything until you complete real checkout. Joining the waitlist is free and does not authorise any payment.
